We wanted to tell you about our recent experience while not one, but 2 vehicles at your dealership.
I called to make an appointment with someone who could help us obtain a pre-approval to purchase the vehicle. We were referred to David Mercer. We were a little apprehensive, as we had recently gone through bankruptcy. Mr. Mercer quickly put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. He obtained an approval for us and we met with him to view your inventory which fit in the paramerters of our approval.
Mr. Mercer was very professional and made my wife feel very comfortable with our decision to come to your dealership. Though we have purchased many vehicles in the past due to our circumstances we did not know what to expect. Again Mr Mercer made us very comfortable and was great to work with.
We left the dealership a couple hours later with one "new" vehicle. While we were there we mentioned that we would eventually need a second vehicle. Mr. Mercer obstained a second approval for us and the next weekend, we came in and found our second "new" car.
We now have two vehicles, a 2009 Fusion and a 2008 Edge. We are extremely pleased with both vehicles and especially so with the way Mr. Mercer treated us. You are lucky to have him as an employee and we look forward to dealing with him in the future.
We will definitely be reccomending your dealership and Mr. Mercer to our friends and family.
"Shopping in Comfort"

I would like to let you know the outstanding service I received from Assistant Service Managers Heather Codero and Jose Orozco on Friday 1-8-2010. I am from the Los Angeles area and I was traveling to Lake Tahoe for a belated Christmas celebration with my family. I was with my twin daugthers who are six years old. The other party of my family was traveling from Idaho to Utah.
During my trip, I noticed the engine felt like it was missing and was not running on all 8 cylinders. I was also experiencing poor gas mileage. About 250 miles into my 500-mile trip, my 20000 Ford F-150 stalled on Interstate 5. I was able to get the truck safely to the side of the highway and restart it. I was concerned because I have never had a problem with my F-150. I reluctantly headed back out on the highway.
Just south of Sacramento, my truck stalled again. I was again able to get it off the highway safely and restart it. I now was very concerned because I knew I had to get over Donner Pass and I surely did not want to breakdown on the highway with my twins in the truck. That is when I drove to the nearest exit and called Future Ford. It was about 2:00 p.m. I asked for a Service Advisor and Ms. Cordero answered the call. I explained my problem and she said it sounded like an emissions sensor. I explained my predicament and asked if they could complete it today. She said she could not promise me that but to bring it in and ask for Mr. Orozco because he would be working on Saturday just in case they would not be able to finish. Ms. Cordero was very courteous and provided me directions to your dealership.
I arrived safely at about 2:30 p.m. and explained the problem to Mr. Orozco who said he was not sure they would be able to finish the job but he would try. At about 4:00 p.m. he came to the waiting room and told me that was an emission sensor and that he had one car in front of me for repair but that he would be able to fix it that day. Needless to say, I was very pleased. I was out and back on the road by 5:00 p.m. I arrived in Lake Tahoe at 7:30 p.m. and was united safely with my family. Please thank Ms. Cordero and Mr. Orozco for their professional service that day.
